Little bit about me!
Hi! My name is Anne Kalland. I was born and raised on Karmøy, but moved to Stavanger to study when I was 19 years old to fulfill my dream of becoming a graphic designer. I completed my studies as a graphic designer at Noroff in Stavanger.

Life after school was not all easy. Now the big job of sending out job applications started. Unfortunately, I was very unlucky my first year in the workforce because the economy in the country was in a big decline and several companies did not have the same capacity as they had before the corona pandemic. I tackled the problem and wanted to create my own workplace. I started my first business.

Welcome to my creative madness. I am not afraid to try new programs or techniques. A challenge is just new knowledge. Currently, I am an active seller of displate, which is then quality metal signs. I also often participate in markets in the area where I live (Haugalandet-Jæren). In addition, I have had several projects within graphic design such as logos, posters, advertising and packaging.

I had a great interest in arts and crafts. My dream job was to be a designer or a pastry chef.
iPads were introduced into the school system. We were given more assignments where we had to make a video about a topic instead of having a presentation. I always put that little extra into my assignments and my interest in video editing developed.
I chose Media and Communication in high school to explore these video interests further, but ended up creating a branding business where I printed my own designs on clothing.
I chose Graphic Design at Noroff in Stavanger. Returned to my drawing interests as a child and began combining Graphic Design with illustration.
