REFUND POLICY

Online businesses selling products are required to present their product return policy and refund policy.

This is important in order to comply with consumer protection regulations. It avoids claims by customers that they are not satisfied with the products they purchase.

2. Products that can be returned

  • The product must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Return request must be submitted within 14 days of receipt of the item.

Exceptions: Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Products that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons (e.g. opened cosmetics).

3. How to start a return

4. Shipping costs for returns

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns, unless the product is faulty or damaged upon delivery. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

5. Refund process

  • After we have received and inspected the item, we will inform you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 14 days. The refund will automatically be credited back to the payment method used for purchase.

  • Any shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Change

We offer product exchanges in cases where the item is damaged, defective or faulty. Exchange requests are processed in the same way as returns.

7. Damaged or defective product

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send us:

  • Photos of the damage

  • Description of the problem

  • Order number

We will assess the matter and offer an appropriate solution, such as a refund, repair or replacement.
