  5. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.

  7. If you need to change your delivery address or cancel your order, please contact us immediately by Mail. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot make changes or cancellations.
